My interest in pottery and ceramics began at secondary school but like many people it took a back seat to work and family life. In my mid fifties I decided it was time to get a bit more serious about ceramics and undertook several courses at my local college and at Aylesford Pottery. 

I live in New Romney, Kent, and have a studio at the bottom of my garden called Bunker Pottery where I throw, coil and slab build in stoneware clay, I’ve recently completed a short course in portrait sculpture.
